Property Management
Using our own complete staff of independent contractors, we work with the property owner to keep the property in excellent condition. Rental Agreement
At High Desert Realty, we use the standard DRE rental agreement form, and additional rules and regulations can be provided at your request. Only those people listed on the rental agreement are permitted to occupy the property. For your convenience, no-cost eviction 30-day notices, or a 3-day notice to pay or quit will be filed if it is determined that the property is not being maintained, and if the tenant stays in the property an unlawful retainer will be filed with an attorney.
